1. النطاق

13.10 We will provide the information you are entitled to under Section 13 of this Agreement within one month of receiving your request. Where necessary, this period may be extended by up to two further months, depending on the nature and number of requests. We will notify you of any such extension, and the reasons for it, within one month of receiving your request.
