13. متفرقات

13.1 تشكّل هذه الشروط، إلى جانب سياسة الخصوصية وأي إشعارات قانونية أخرى منشورة على الموقع، الاتفاقية الكاملة بينك وبين المُشغّل بشأن استخدامك للموقع.

13.2 إنّ عدم قيام المُشغِّل بإنفاذ أيٍّ من أحكام هذه الشروط لا يُعدّ تنازلاً عن ذلك الحكم أو أيّ حكم آخر.

13.3 يجوز للمشغّل التنازل عن حقوقه والتزاماته بموجب هذه الشروط دون موافقتك. ولا يجوز لك التنازل عن حقوقك بموجب هذه الشروط دون موافقة خطية مسبقة من المشغّل.

13.4 جميع المراسلات الإلكترونية المُرسَلة إلى المُشغِّل تُعَدّ صحيحة وملزمة قانونيًا.

13.5 These Terms are available in ar and may be translated for informational purposes. In the event of any conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version prevails.
